Haddon’s Court was designed as a mural to discover, especially for children, turning a once dark passageway into a colourful journey.
Animals are hidden throughout the scene, swans, squirrels and other local wildlife, inviting young viewers to slow down and look closely. With water on one side and trees on the other, the mural encourages movement through the space.
My use of bold, joyful colour plays a key role in transforming the passageway, helping to make it feel playful, safe and inviting. As the mural took shape, children, families and passers-by joined in, adding their own energy and marks to the walls.
